Who We Are

The Emergency Residence Project (ERP) is an organization engaged in offering shelter and assistance to people experiencing homelessness.  We seek to do so in an atmosphere that is not judgmental and that respects human dignity.  We provide shelter, advocacy, referrals for other needs, and whenever possible, intervention to prevent homelessness.  It is also our goal to involve the community in the provision of services to those experiencing homelessness and in the provision of opportunities to avoid and escape homelessness.

What We Do

ERP offers a continuum of housing-related services to individuals, couples, and families needing assistance in the Two Rivers Coordinated Services Region covering Story, Boone, Greene, Marshall, and Hardin Counties.  We provide emergency rental and utility assistance, shelter, medium-term, and longer-term programs to those experiencing or at-risk of homelessness.
