What We Do

WesleyLife Hospice Care provides end-of-life services to people of all faiths in a Christian, caring way. Our individualized hospice and palliative care services in Boone, Hamilton, Story, Polk, Dallas, Warren, Jasper, and Marion counties embrace the whole person--body, mind and spirit. WesleyLife Hospice Care is a non-profit hospice that encourages and fosters the patient and family's right to make choices and remain independent.
