Who We Are

CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocate. CASAs are volunteers who are concerned about the plight of abused and neglected children and want to get involved and make a difference in the child's life. CASAs are often called "the eyes and ears" of the Court.

What We Do

CASA takes ordinary citizens and trains them to do extraordinary work on behalf of abused and neglected children. CASA volunteers get to step into the Juvenile Court system and advocate for the best interest of the child through the juvenile court process. CASAS gather information about the child, advocate for their best interest, report and make recommendations to the court, and monitor the case until the child has a safe, permanent home.
