Volunteer: 4-H Club Leader Position (2 Available)

Help 4-H club members grow and reach their fullest potential by supporting them to conduct meaningful, educational experiences. Inform and encourage members, parents and other volunteers to actively participate in appropriate 4-H opportunities that lead youth to become successful, contributing members of society. Previous 4-H experience recommended. This commitment is a year long commitment, meeting once a month.

While younger members are developing social skills, older members are developing life skills like communication and leadership.  Clover Kids are youth in Kindergarten through third grade and 4-H members are in grades 4-12. 

The 4-H program comes from Iowa State University Extension and Outreach and is offered through each county Extension office.  The mission is to empower youth to reach their full potential through youth-adult partnerships and research-based experiences.
